History

  • 1991 – UNEKO spol. s r. o. established - founding and current majority shareholders are Ing. Ivo Makový and Zdeněk Šarman
  • 1992 – Machining plant in Nové Heřminovy acquired
  • 1997 – First CNC machining tools purchased - machining park renovated after extensive flooding
  • 2001 – Invested into a production building in Zátor
  • 2003 – ISO 9001 quality management system introduced
  • 2007 – Foundry constructed - technology expanded and modernized to prepare and recycle self-hardening formation mixtures
  • 2008 – New administrative building constructed and production operation in Nové Heřminovy completed
  • 2011 – Metallurgical laboratory completely modernized
  • 2013 – Machining shop park expanded and modernized
  • 2014 – Investment in a new melting furnace
  • 2017 – Investment in a new crane runway
  • 2018 – New 5-axis machining center DMF 260/11
  • 2019 – New air ventilation and filtration system installed in the foundry operation
  • 2020 – Implementation of a new ERP system
  • 2021 – New CMM laboratory equipped with ZEISS CONTURA ACTIVE 9/18/8
  • 2024 – Start of production halls reconstruction (thermal insulation)
  • 2025 – New compressor hall, new moulding line, new 5-axis machining center
